We hope you can understand that while we are centered around family values and always want to serve right by our parents and children, it would be near impossible to host classes otherwise. Terms & Conditions
As the parent or legal guardian signing my child up for Happy Feet Suffolk, I grant Happy Feet Suffolk my permission use the photographs taken during class for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
